The Browns finish 9th in standard ESPN scoring leagues, the Titans finished 13th, and the Lions, Eagles, and Chargers got torched. The point of these picks are for bye week fillers and weekly matchups that could produce a big day. Anyone can tell you to start Cincinnati against the Jaguars, and that isn’t the point of these choices.
