Zac Stacy has been medically cleared to play following his concussion, and he was a full participant in Friday’s practice. The Rams will have a tough matchup against the 49’ers defense who are ranked 4th against the pass and 12th against the rush, and the amount that the Rams plan to use Stacy is unknown. The Rams were dominated in Week 3 when they faced San Francisco 35-11, and with the recent success of Benny Cunningham(109 yards and a touchdown in Week 12 against the Bears), this may be a game in which the hot hand is getting the ball. With the playoffs on the line for some fantasy owners, Stacy may be too risky of an option to go with in Week 13.

Your Fantasy Football Coach 
I find it tough to start Zac Stacy on my fantasy teams this week. Where Benny Cunningham was available, if my other options were sitting at 6 points or less with my own predictions, I picked up Cunningham for this week at least.
Stacy is a tough call this week, especially if someone is in the playoff hunt. I think they are going to ease him in and Cunningham is the better play if you have to play one of them
