According to Ian Rapport’s source, the St. Louis Rams are expected to sign wide receiver Wes Welker.

Although quarterback Nick Foles is only averaging 184.8 passing yards per game, third-year receiver Stedman Bailey was recently received a four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.

Welker hasn’t finished a 16-game season since 2012, but the 34-year old receiver is obviously an intriguing fantasy football option at this point of the season. If Welker signs with the St. Louis, the Rams face the Chicago Bears in Week 10.
